Resistant to oil, chlorine, ozone, UV rays, muriatic acid, transmission fluid, gasoline, diesel, hydraulic fluid, salt water and many other hostile materials.
Non-Intrusive Installation
Mixed on-site and applied as a single monolithic pour with minimal equipment.
Can be applied in temperatures above 45 Degrees.
Moisture-cured urethane binders fully cure within 24 hours when properly installed.
Endless Possibilities
Porous Pave is available in eight standard colors. Colors may be mixed together to create unique color combinations.
For even more customization, Porous Pave may be water-jetted to create custom logos. For simpler designs, forms may be made.
For Porous Pave XL, XLR, XLS and XLP there are two options for the binder composition:

Aromatic- Our standard blend, subject to the ambering process

Aliphatic- A more refined blend which is highly resistant to any color change or ambering
Environmentally Friendly
Made from recycled tires and ADA compliant. The tightly controlled shredding process removes99% of the steel fragments and produces a 1/4" nominal size rubber chip. Every 1000 square feet of 2" Porous Pave saves over 4,000 pounds of tires from going into the landfill.
Product Testing
Porous Pave has had numerous tests performed by independent, certified labs, including:
SPLP (1312) – all material components were below groundwater maximum contaminant levels.
Permeability test – over 5,800 gallons of water per hour, per square foot.
Porosity test – up to 27% void space.
Permeability test – over 5,800 gallons of water per hour, per square foot.
Critical Fall Height (CFH) – The maximum Critical Fall Height of 2" Porous Pave XLS was determined at 4'. A CFH rating of 8' can be achieved by using Porous Pave XLP Playground system.
NFPA fire rating – Class ‘C’.
ASTM D-2047 Slip resistant test.
ASTM D-4798 Accelerated weather.
ASTM C-666B freeze-thaw durability.
