During the 1920s, Colonel Edwin S. George was a wealthy industrialist, philanthropist, and golf fanatic enlisted the services of William Diddel. Diddel laid out an 18-Hole, Par 72 course. Later, Arthur Hills redesigned several holes. Today, Chris Wilczyski, ASGCA is working on a renovation master plan.
Installation of a new bunker liner in the Club’s practice area bunker feature.
The installation took place working with maintenance crew members and the Superintendent and his assistant.

Forest Lake now has a Sand Guard bunker liner that they can evaluate and monitor its performance for usage with future bunker renovations.
